Why did we come up with the new site? What's in it for us?
This new system of matching pet owners with pet carer gives better value allround. No more middle man!
We found the behind the scenes work involved in organising a sleepover was too great for the return and by increasing our prices the service lost a lot of it's value for money.
With Pet Sit Stay; pet owners pay a lesser daily rate, the pet carers recieve a higher daily rate and we have freed up our time to get on with caring for our exisiing day time and weekend clients.
We are still happy to organise dog sleepovers, dog walking and even happier to match them to some really great minders, however with PetSitStay the pet owner can browse dozens of carers until they find the ideal one at their ideal price. When the pet owner is ready to contact the minder they pay an access fee ($45 for three months) and sms or email the carer directly from the site.
